"Mar" is a true survivor. She fell under someone's country house at six weeks, and lived for a week till she managed to get out, and to come to live with us. She taught her "brother" all he knows. She nearly died a few years ago, and again not long ago, but has rallied each time. She loves to be with us, but not on us; she loves to be petted when she wants to be petted, and purrs like a motor. She must eat a bit of what we eat at just about every every meal, although eggy things are not 'favs'. She loves to lie on a sofa, or on our bed, as well as the living room floor. We love her madly, and are hoping for 21 or more years.
