Mastiffs in SPCA

I found a couple of listings for purebred Mastiffs (English), in the SPCA. I was wondering, are there any Mastiff rescues around (in Niagara Falls/ Buffalo NY) that could get them out?

Are they going to be euthanized? Usually rescues can only have them if they are.

Bugsy DO NOT go to MCOA FORM which has a new name now you will be sick the amount of Mastiffs in rescue in the US. We are pretty lucky in Canada that the breeders are very diligent of who gets their dogs. There are some from BYB but I know the Mossler Association reports any found in pet stores to find out who the breeder is and they are all over them. Plus the cost is so prohibitive they cant afford to sell them in pet stores. I met a girl who bought a Neo at PJ's for 4500.00 she knew nothing about the breed and got rid of it at 7 months old. They gave her no info and did not even sell her a book about them. I didn't take it because I already had 1 but I did get her a good home up north with a friend of mine who has a huge farm and 5 other giant breed dogs. She has had numerous health problems nothing to bad but she is very happy and healthy now. So Bugsy you must stay away from those sites because you will need to buy a very large place to give them all homes.
