To breed her now to a purebred WILL NOT over ride the other dogs genes!!! There is a GOOD chance she is pregnate now.
May i ask exactly why you want to breed her anyway? If I were you, I would take her in as soon as her cycle is finished and get her spayed. Thats just me however!

Since you left your dog in heat outside to be bred by any passing stray, the best thing would be to have her spayed right now.
This stray dog could have any number of transmittable diseases he may have passed on to your dog and the unborn puppies. And anyone who thinks that "full blooded" dogs have some sort of magical sperm is not someone who should be giving advice. |

uneducated about dog breeding
the reason i wanted her to have at least one litter of pups was to try to settle her down a little bit.my boyfriend had her outside on the chain to let her out of the box to use the bathroom he was outside with her went into the garage to get her some dog treats (said he was only away from her for 30 seconds that all it took)came back out.If any of you think that i dont care about my dog your so wrong shes apart of our family in a big way.this is our first animal we have had her since she was 4 weeks old shes now 3 years old.I just dont know much about dogs getting it on and how it all works i do know all about the human way.but thanks for all your input and information.

Having a litter will not settle a dog down. The fact that she isn't spayed and is therefore always stressed about finding a 'man' when she's in heat (and keeping them away when she's not in heat) could be part of the reason why she needs 'settling'. Have her spayed ASAP. This might help the problem.

I suggest you do a little more research on the anatomy of dogs.
