spca laval seizure..?!
scuttlebut is a seizer planned soon (today ???) by the spca laval...seeing how laval spca & montreal are run by the same person, wonder if it is more of a PR thing....?..

mind you, any benefit to the animals is a plus...problem for me is i see them running the place (spca montreal/laval) as a buisness,..not for the benifit of the animals but the benefit of a "profit"...if the animal can't be sold...well...siiiggghhh

Yeah, I saw that on the news tonight, but I can't find it online.. They've nailed this guy a few times since 1993. Makes me wonder why TODAY was the day.
