Tribute to my beloved Kenny.....
![]() Kenny came into my life the same way he went away from it, quite unexpectedly... On very similar and bright day as the one he disappeared (last september) never to be seen or heard from again. They brought me an open shoebox and inside it was the cuttest Siberian husky/Dobberman mix puppy I had ever laid eyes upon. At first they did not have anything but the generic name of "Doggie" for him so I chose Kenny as his name. Kenny was playfull and had a kindness that I have yet to encounter in any other dog... ![]() ![]() Although Kenny is survived by our other family pet Oreo ![]() I guess in life we are to have some things only once in a lifetime and that is what Kenny was. I was privileged of being his master, he was my best friend and companion during what was probably the most dificult times in my life... I will always miss him for the rest of my days... R.I.P my baby... |

It is very sad when you lose a pet and even worse when you don't know what happened. My Misty disappeared on July 11, 2003 and I am still searching in hopes that someone may have her...are you sure that your Kenny may not be with another family?

Plus there's a lot of really bad hearted people that take dogs they see on the streets regardless if they are stray or not and dump them in the fartest mountain site areas possible... I'm not saying that was Kenny's fate. I would hope that his last days on this Earth he spent with somebody that cared for him... And yes it is very hard. He was old and I knew he may not had long. I mean in the last days he was with us he was already suffering from early simptoms of artritis but was still mobile and as playfull as ever. But with him disapearing I was denied the ability to give him a decent burial and so on. I'm glad that this site exists it has allowed to vent my feelings and finally place at least virtually a memorial for him... I couild not ask for more... |

I am sorry for your loss. I believe he is in a better place and he's
looking over you. It's amazing how these wonderful dogs can add so much to your life. Last edited by cpietra16; January 17th, 2006 at 07:01 AM. |
