Question Not sure how to help my dog

Hello my dog is a 6 year old sherpard/Huskey cross. and recently she has not been eating very much. I think that she is constipated we have recently been watching her when she is out. Also her stomach feels harder than normal. I was just wondering if there was anything that i could do or feed her to help her out before she gets real uncomfortable and hopefully we wont have to go to a vet.

I agree with Jim, dejanova. Just constipation would be one thing, but lack of appetite and a palpably hard stomach could spell real trouble. If it were one of our dogs, we'd be making a vet call...

To help with constipation I have used Cod liver oil in the past. It helped when 1 of our dogs has bones spurs clogging her up.

Mineral oil is petroleum-based, I would avoid it. Better pure canned pumpkin or canned food. jmo
But I'd take him to the vet, constipation is one thing but not eating is another.
