New info re: demonstration

I recieved this email from the group hosting the demonstration so I thought I would pass it along to everyone.
Dear Robin,
We've had a number of people voice the same concern as you concerning dog attendance and we've agreed that we should hold a humans-only demonstration.
We are going to try to get the word out that dog owners and lovers of all kinds are welcome, but it would be better to leave the dogs at home. Thanks for your suggestion.

(In view of what has happened at several other demonstrations @ Q.P. in the last few years, sad & Att. Gen's hysterical view of Pittys, & who ever, I'm GLAD :) that it will be a People Only demo. He can call out the police if he wishes cuz he's the Att. Gen. & I wouldn't put it past him. :evil: )

Mastiff..good news.. but you should respond to the email by telling them to change the ad on the Toronto Humane Society and the goodpooch website to say NO DOGS ALLOWED..or something like that...

I am so glad they changed it. I think it would have been disasterous to have the dogs there. We cnat give the gov. any ammo against the owners and the dogs. We have to be the better people and rise above their pettiness
