help!
my dog got into my husbands backpack and ate 4 daytime adult cold/flu liquid capsules and 2 full packages of HALLS. I'm sure the HALLS wont be too bad on him, but I'm worried about the gelcaps.
Our dog is a 13.5 year old 1/2 American Eskimo, 1/2 Lab/Terrier. any advice?? any symptoms to watch out for?

Uh. . .wha?? K. . .we are animal lovers, not vets! I think you should be on the phone, or your way to the vet NOW, not online. . . .call poison control, something!

I see you're still on line instead of on your way to an emergency vet office. That's where I would be going if it were one of my dogs that ate cold/flu medicine.

You need to take your dog to an emergency pet hospital, not your vet clinic, if you haven't already.
Dogs can OD on medication for humans, and if he hasn't thrown up the medicine yet, it's likely to make it's way into his blood stream.
