Cat has bleeding lump on stomach.

I'm asking this for a friend of mine, her cat has a lump on its lower stomach that is pink and somtimes bleeds. It's a female spayed siamese that is 14 years old. I know the first thing would be SEE A VET, which shes going to do. But does anyone have any idea what that could be? The cat seems to act normaly, I haven't been around it much but sure seems healthy.

Any info appreciated.
