Name: Bentley
Age: 4 yrs old
Sex: Neutered Male
Dogs: Yes (all sizes)
Kids: Yes
Cats: No (could be trained but would need an owner who was committed
to it)

Bentley is a lovely 4 yrs old boxer who just can't catch a break. His
first family had him for 3 yrs and gave him up because they just
didn't have enough time for him. He went to live with another family
who kept him for a year and then decided they didn't have time for a
dog either. Poor Bentley is looking again for a family who
understands that a dog is a member of the family and isn't just
something to give away when you get tired of them. Bentley is house
trained and goes in to his crate on command. He is looking for a
family who will spend time with him, take him for walks, hikes,
obedience classes etc. He wants a family who will make him a member
of their family forever!

Do you have time for this beautiful bundle of joy? If so please visit our website to fill in an application www.rescueaboxer.ca or PM me for more information.

I wish Bentley the very best. Poor little man.

Today I got one for a 8 year old boxer. Reason: no time and does not get along with their cat. (cat is new).

People!

I am in the Montreal region. I have given the person asking the name of the rescue so that they can take the time to read as to what they do. I also believe that they should be responsible enough to ask them for help.

Don't worry - I did say if they cannot help to contact me back immediately and I will find something somewhere.

Never ending is it?

Yes it is never ending  Sometimes frustrating to say the least. But we keep plugging away because when I see those little faces so happy and their butts wiggling so fast it makes me really feel good about the work we do
:cloud9:

Its just trying to remember that feeling when the sad stuff and the frustration happens

Is Bentley wearing a bark collar? He's a beautiful boy regardless, but that may be a concern to people if that's what it is. May also be the "reason" his owners don't have time... Good luck sweet boy. Sorry we don't have room for a boxer boy.

I don't know what that is. But if definently need to find him a home preferably faster but as long as it is the right home we would be willing to wait for the perfect home for him. He will be going to foster home.

Oh it could be one of those fenceless collars maybe... Sorry to say that my friend at work still has to get his wife onboard before he gets another dog and that won't be for a while (at least until after she has the baby in the spring). I thought of it immediately with this beauty. Sure hope he's happy in foster care until he gets a forever home. Or a foster failure!

I just showed my friend Bentley's pic and he'd already received an e-mail about him - without the pic. He was in love with the pic, but wife's a no go. So it seems he's already on your list, or somebody in the rescue arena for boxers has him online anyhow. Yay. If the time is right he's going to be in the loop.
