poodletalk February 17th, 2007, 09:36 PM Winter is looking for a new home; one who will keep him forever this time. Winter is a Christmas puppy. Bought as a gift, played with for a month, and then dropped off at the shelter when his previous owners lost interest in him.
This little cutie-pie is 4 1/2 months old. He's a Labrador/Husky X and super sweet and friendly. He loves to play with other dogs.
If you or someone you know is eager to raise and love a fun little puppy, come meet Winter at the SPCA Monteregie, 178 Chemin du Vide, Ste-Angele-de-Monnoir, QC 450-460-3074
Byrd February 17th, 2007, 09:39 PM That is so sad. People are so pathetic! :frustrated:
I'm sure he will find his forever home quickly, he's such a cutie.
Prin February 17th, 2007, 09:41 PM omg, he is soooo adorable! Look at those eyes! :lovestruck: Good luck to him! I hope he finds his real Christmas family.:cloud9:

CyberKitten February 17th, 2007, 11:59 PM Awwww, what a sad story - the usual Xmas puppy thing, sigh!! He is a cutie - hope he finds a home soon!!!
brandynva February 18th, 2007, 12:03 AM What an adorable dog! If I lived closer and hubby would allow it I would snatch him up in a heartbeat! (is it me, or are the men in our lives holding us back from taking in all the doggies we could??) :D I'm sure he'll find a home soon.
luckypenny February 18th, 2007, 12:04 AM I spent some time with this little guy Friday afternoon. He's all wiggly and jiggly and such a happy-go-lucky fellow. When the right family comes along, they'll certainly go gaga over him.
coppperbelle February 18th, 2007, 08:01 AM He is adorable.
Yup, it is just about time for all those Christmas puppies to start being dumped. It seems when they hit 4 or 5 months old and require more training that people lose interest.
Frenchy February 18th, 2007, 09:36 AM omg he's adorable ! does he need a foster home ? just kidding. I'm sure at 4 months old he will get adopted real quick. :fingerscr
Golden Girls February 18th, 2007, 10:23 AM Does it ever end ...
He is however a real cutie :lovestruck: :fingerscr he too will find a forever home.
I wonder and although I can't at the moment volunteer myself :o if maybe others that may have a bit of free time can help Monteregie by offering to help with adoption days where they may be able to stay open a lil longer? That might help get more adopted?
Mocha's mum February 18th, 2007, 11:35 AM What a little sweetheart :lovestruck: It makes me sad that people are so dumb. I think that there should be a ban on buying pets at Christmas time. Because if people were truly serious about getting a pet, they'd wait just a little bit longer to get one. Arrrrgggghhhhh:frustrated:
rainbow February 18th, 2007, 03:09 PM Another sad Xmas pup story. It never ends. He is absolutely adorable and I hope he finds a home that will love him forever. :cloud9:
