I received this e-mail this morning...can anyone help? Contact me for the e-mail address and phone number of the foster coordinator at the SPCA Montreal

Hello everyone,
The kennel cough epedemic is continuing! The isolation kennels are full once again...

We urgently need to place as many dogs as we can in foster homes for 2 to 3 weeks to make room in the isolation kennel in order to avoid euthanasia.

13 dogs need temporary foster!!!!!!!!!

I only have a partial list because the files of the other dogs are at the clinic.

- Blacky, 6 month old Labrador/Shepherd mix

- Fille, Husky-Lab mix, 1 year old (does not like other dogs)

- Shepherd mix, 8 months

- Phibie, Shepherd Lab mix (she is the "no name" blond dog that was in cage no 9.

She is very obedient. we took her to the St-Patty´s day parade!)

- Shadow, Rottweiler mix, 3 1/2 yeras old (special needs dog)

- Ti-Fille, Shepherd/Lab mix, 2 years

We also need temporarry foster homes for 7 cats with rhino and 3 pregnant cats!!!!

has anyone gone to help with those dogs??

Please help them. It's only for 3 weeks. And when you do go to see the dogs....ask for PHIBIE!!
She's very well behaved and is just a great doggie.
and she likes belly rubs and she walks well on the street. and she knows TONS of commands.

Please someone help her get better so she can find her forever home:love: :pawprint:

I'm soo sorry! I would love to foster one of those but I'm already fostering cats via a non profit organization in montreal and I don't think neither my pitbull nor the cats (and my boyfriend!) would be able to do that in our 3 and a half appartment.... But good luck and I hope someone will response positively! Good Luck!
