See the following newspaper article in today's London Free Press. The outcome should be interesting, to say the least!

To follow up yesterday's London Free Press story: the lady lost her plea to keep her pb unmuzzled after it bit someone. The owner said her dog was provoked as the stranger spooked the dog by walking too close to her. The victim recieved 4 puncture wounds and a fist-sized bruise on her leg. The dog had no history of bites.

I wish they would have had a better example to use as a test case because I don't care what breed the dog is. It bit someone while on a leash need we go further.

Not a good test case at all, that dog has problems, there is no excusse for a dog on a lesh of any breed to bite someone because they are standing there.

I always say : It's not the dog, its the owner. I really wish people would pay out a few bucks and get some training classes for themselves and their dogs!
If the government legislated every person who owns an "agressive breed" to provide proof of obedience training, we would have far less of these attacks in the news.
