Trax is a 1 yr old GSD male who was found starving in the CP yards. The person who now has this dog has this to say:
------------------------------------------------------
"Although he is apprehensive and afraid of males, he gets along well with most women and children. He is also used to me now and comes to me to be put on leash to go for walks. He is now in good health, having gained about 35 lbs since we got him, when he weighed only 30 lbs. He is very handsome and pretty well behaved!
****TRAX MUST GO TO A HOME WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH HIS FEAR ISSUES PROPERLY and preferably someone who knows this breed********** To get more info or adopt Trax please call Michel at 514) 426-3351 days and evenings"

I'm just not ready for another.I'm still grieving over Yukon. And I know it will take some time. And I have to concentrate on Tron now.

Oh, I missed the part about your losing Yukon.:( SO sorry to hear that!! He had a long and happy life with you, I know, and was one of the lucky ones.

Yes Trax is gorgeous. Can GSD's ears start standing up when they are over a year old?

In this pic, he has one up and one down and I was curious.

He's beautifullllll!!! Over a year for the ears to stand is a little late, but he wouldn't still be getting in his adult teeth would he?? I can't remember, I just know Jake teethed later and his ear carriage was strange, as it can be during developement of the adult teeth.

Thank you LR.

Yukon went to the Rainbow Bridge Sept 20th...

As for his Trax ear, nope,it's not going to stand up.But he is still a beautiful boy. :)

twin,Trax adult teeth would have been in at about 6 months. So at a year,he has all his adult teeth. :)

If I recall,Yukon and Trons ears were fully errect by 4 months.
