Cheech - May 1, 2003 to May 15, 2015
You were my best friend and saved my life. You gave me a reason to have to wake up each day. You made me laugh when I didn't think I could - you just seemed to know. Our bond was the most incredible one that everyone could see. I tried to give you the best of everything and I hope I did right by you.
When the time came to make the hardest decision of my life, I pray that you understood I was trying to do the right thing for you. I never wanted you to suffer, but I wish we had a few more years together. You were my joy and I have lost a large part of my heart. You can never be replaced and I will miss you more than these mere words can ever express.
I will keep your favorite things near me always. I will treasure them forever and replay in my mind's eye, all of the fun we had and how you made me laugh when we played. You were only 4.5 lbs, but you filled my house and my life with unconditional love, companionship and joy. I will forever be grateful to you. I hope you are in peace, and I hope you knew and felt how much I loved you.
My tomorrows will never be the same without you my boy.
