Very intelligent and active. Loves to run and play. Was best in all of his puppy classes, often used to demonstrate proper behavior in class. This obedience seems limited to the class setting however, and he needs more home training.
He is excitable and loves to both play tug, (too strong for me), and fetch. We are working on stopping his jumping on everyone who comes to the door.
He is affectionate and protective of the female we brought home. They seem to adore each other.
