Mufasa was the sweet and most gentle cat i have ever owned. She was 8 weeks when we adopted her. The first month at our house she was very timid and didn't want to be around anyone, every time we tried to touch her she would run and hide but after awhile she got used to us and craved and loved the attention we gave her. When she turned 1 we allowed her and her sister simba outside and after two days of exploring they came back. The funny thing about mufasa was she didn't hunt and was even afrad of the mice. As she got older she started to cuddle and lie with me or my little brother when we were sick or depressed. It's lick she knew what was wrong and was doing what she could for us. In 2008 however on her regular vet check the vet found her to be extremly sick and said that she was also in alot of pain and it would be best if she be uthanized. i was 14 at the time just going into high school when i decided with my dad that we should put her to sleep as it would be the best for her. She was uthanized sept 16 2008
