Posted as found kitten on pets.ca December 2004. We already had five stray cats. After Christmas my wife decided that she wanted to keep Sylvester. No argument from me. All grown up now. Extremely affectionate but has habit of intimidating older male cat. Strays make beautiful pets.
A few week ago, he stopped attacking Buster. Then he went off his regular food. I was feeding him chicken and baby food. Today, June 26 2016, I took him to the vet where he was diagnosed with kidney failure. With no hope for recovery, I had to put him down. He is now resting with his mistress (my wife) as well as Sabrina, Smokey, Dude, Woofer, etc, He was only 12 so now I am left with the 17 year olds and the 19 year old. Sure will miss Sylvester.
