Where Cats Sleep – Pet tip 250
One of the decisions that you’ll have to make when you get a new cat or kitten is where will it sleep? If you want your new kitten to sleep with you in your own bed then it should be no problem at all. Most kittens love sleeping with their owners and they will often press their bodies into yours for that warm cuddly feeling. If you’ve adopted an adult cat, it may take a little longer before the cat becomes comfortable enough to sleep in your bed. It may choose to sleep in another area of your bedroom, or it may choose to sleep in another room altogether. The trick is simple patience. If you are a kind and loving pet owner and interact and pet your cat, then eventually the cat will come around and likely jump on your bed to sleep when you least expect it.
If you don’t want your cat to sleep in your bed because of shedding, restlessness or other issues, then you have a few choices.

We are complicated kitties- we were born in a barn, so our friends and Mom say we're "unpredictable."
Our life is good. Daily activities start with breakfast at exactly 6am. We don't dare wake Mom on purpose; she happily gets up. We enjoy sitting by the window on warm days; catching bugs; playing with Mom; getting brushed, and looking underneath the door at possible visitors feet.
Yes, I believe we are spoiled and get a variety of "treats". Human food is our weakness. As far as music and movies go, we pretty-well watch whatever is on- not too finicky there, as long as there aren't LOUD dogs in the movies. Of course we love catnip and the occasional taste of real tuna. Our birthday is May 24, and we celebrate every year.
We have been together all of our lives except for a two week period that Baby jumped out of a 2 storey window at our other, other mother's house, and took off. Thankfully a neighbor found her and brought her home. That was a sad time.
All in all, I must say again, we have 9 great lives, full of love!
