Mabel and Charlotte were Mother and daughter and spent every moment of their lives together. Mabel was crazy about a tennis ball, and Charlotte was crazy about her mother (or whatever she was doing).
Mabel's claim to fame was her compact size and big personality. Charlotte remained a puppy for her entire 9 years and her overwhelming innocence left a profound impression on whoever's lap she perched herself.
Both girls died of Cancer (lymphoma) about a year or so apart. They are sadly missed but certainly not forgotten.
