You are walking down the street and a black cat crosses your path. What do you do? Whether you dismiss it or not, many people think of it as some kind of a bad omen. Black cats and bad luck is a superstition that has lived on even in modern society. Past events, and present misconceptions of these cats keep this unfortunate stereotype alive.
Black is a colour that often brings an emotional response. What do you think of when you imagine this colour? Night, darkness, boring, no colour, dark, evil, scary are all common (and generally negative) words to describe black. This negative connotation of the colour black also applies to black cats. The portrait of the black cat as an omen of bad luck began with accusations of witchcraft and witch-hunts many years ago. It was believed that black cats had magical powers that allowed them to transform themselves into witches.

Mr.Boots
I am 5months old and im luvin life. Im the outdoorsy type of kitty but my owners have rules for me. No going out after dark and No leaving the yard. Im okay with the not leaving the yard cuz cars scare me but i like running around at all hours.
I have a raincoat. Its blue and i dont like it. For halloween im gonna be a native. I got the tipi and everything. I have one sister, shes a dog named Babes and she has her own page.
I like soft things, blankets, hoodies, carpet etc.. My mommy says i suck on things too much and have to stop so she bought me a bottle. Then it got thrown out :( .. I hate the vet, my most embarrassing moment was when they stuck the thermometer up my bum. It hurt. I was crying.
Im not the affectionate type, I like my luvins every once in awhile but not all the time. I like running free like the big cats on tv. My favorite show is Funniest Pets & People. I see other kitties like me doing stupid things hahaha. I also enjoy playing kibble hockey and shooting the kibbles under the washing machine. I always get my way i guess you can say that me and my sister are pretty spoiled.
For christmas, i want a Kitty Castle!!
