Nova came to me by chance. I sadly lost my old boy Lucky in May, and have been thinking about getting a puppy for years. I knew I wanted a border collie, and it felt like fate when I found an ad for a litter of puppies, and was sent the most adorable pictures of them.
I instantly fell in love with Nova, and was extremely happy when my parents actually said yes to getting her. I immediately told the breeder, and thank goodness I didn't wait, since there was already more inquiries about her. It was a long three weeks before she came to me. Lots of stressing and waiting - but well worth it.
When I picked her up from the airport I was in love. I could not believe it was real, and sometimes still feel like there is no way this wonderful girl is mine!
Nova is a typical BC, full of energy, extremely smart, quick, and sweet. She is an amazing little girl, she amuses me daily with her antics and the games she plays. She is everything I wanted in a dog, and have not looked back since.
I look forward to many years with her, watching her grow, and becoming an adult.
