Palomine just waltzed right in one day. He had been trying to challenge and fit in with the strays I fed and one afternoon I opened my door and he just walked right in. I figured he knew what he was doing so called hubby and told him we had another cat. We did not plan to keep him at first, then after going to an adoption day and being looked over, Hubby took him on the road... in his big rig! Palomine did great in the truck but got an URI, and after caring for him at home a week or so, I didn't want him to go back in the truck... he was too cute! Now I cannot sleep until he curls up in my arms and purrs. And when I turn over through the night he snuggles to my back to keep me warm. He talks A LOT. And I love it, and boy does he ever get excited about his dinner! Sings for his supper and breakfast. And if you don't watch it, he'll have yours too! He will slap the food off your fork, sleeps on the vents, and genuinely reminds me of a hobo, we call him our junkyard cat because he is built like a pitbull (strong sturdy) and will eat anything! Although he drives the girls crazy, he really is such a special and affectionate little cat.
