Nikko was a cat I picked up from a litter at my grandparents farm. She was tiny and didn't meow the whole drive home (3 days, with some stops). She soon adjusted to life as a house cat and rarely ventured outside into the grass. She found our dog to be too full of energy and often could be found curled up under the covers on a bed. Today that is where she died peacefully. My younger brother came home to find her curled up on my parents bed. She will be greatly missed.
