Permethrin is a synthetic insecticide that is used in agriculture, forestry, home pest control, and in the treatment of head lice in humans. Permethrin is a neurotoxin, meaning it attacks the nervous system of insects causing over-excitation and death. It is found in a wide range of topical flea and tick products that can be purchased in the grocery store, pet store, and large retailers. Although these products are safe when used on dogs they are toxic to cats and cause feline permethrin toxicosis.

Hi I am Babe... Please hear my story! I was noticed outside on a "very" cold night 3 weeks ago by Kathy & Terry. I was soooooo scared so I ran but miracles do happen the night before the storm hit luck had it, they were before me once again and this time I ran to them and yes I was starved & scared. But guess what I am now warm & to stuffed! I sat on Kathys lap for 1 1/2 hours till they finished there route while huddled in her jacket boy I am so happy now! I am a shorthaired adorable male approx) 7 months, and yes of course non-neutered, I guess the previous owners that either lost or abandoned me figured it as not nessesary to neuter me, fools! I am just a sweet affectionate loving babe, please come and visit me. "Please note" the picture makes me look larger than I actually am. Love Babe
