Hi :)
I am a girl and my name is Curly. My previous owners did not have any time for me :( Most of the time, I was boarded at the vet. so i never learned how to behave with other dogs or people. Finally after a year and half they just took me to the Toronto Humane Society :(
I still think about them sometimes and miss them :( but I am glad they did. because within hours of being put up for adoption, my new dad came and got me :) i was very shy at first specially because he was a man, it took few weeks, but soon, i learned to trust my new home. i learned how to walk on a leash and not to be scared of other dogs and people. soon, i started to be confident with almost everyone. i am no longer affraid of going through doors, the aquarium, or the tv. i have lots of friends in the neighbourhood, i always love to greet the custodians in my building every morning :) when i go out i always want to meet new people because they give me good treats and tell me i am a good dog! especially the ladies, i love the high tone of their voice :) now, i get 4 walks a day and i get to go for car rides and shopping to malls. my new dad even takes me to work with him some fridays, and everyone loves me there. they give me treats, tell me that i am a good dog and I JUST LOVE THAT ! :)
