What is a Dog Whisperer – Pet tip 215
These days you hear a lot about the term ‘dog whisperer’ and most people associate the term with one particular dog trainer, Cesar Milan. Many people think that he created the term when in fact this is false. The term dog whisperer is actually a term borrowed from horse training, where certain trainers or horse whisperers seemed to be able to get horses to calm down and accept training or accept a rider on their backs. Their methods were often ‘quiet’ (as opposed to more traditional punitive techniques) to an observer as these trainers seemed to get results from quiet whispers. These days though, the term has been diluted and many people use the term loosely.

I love to play in my backyard with Mom & Dad, they throw the ball around so I can fetch it back. I go for walks with Mom sometimes Dad takes me in the morning. I love to go to the pet store to visit with the other dogs and cats, I really like the little kids best of all Mom says I behave and don't jump up on them. I get excited when other people are around me I want to play with them and have them pet me. I love to fetch my Teddy Bear that I have had since I was a puppy, Mom takes good care and washes it sometimes.My favourite treat is a pig's ear, mom cuts it in half so I don't eat it all at once, but I love all kinds of food. I was my Mom's surprise Christmas present 2 years ago, Dad drove her to my parents house to pick me up. We had to stop at the Pet store to buy me a bed (cage) and some food. All the people at the store wanted to pet me cause I was so tiny (6 wks) with big long Bassett ears! Hope you like my picture and will vote for me, Please!!
