A tribute to Little Donnie
Little Donnie was one of three Siberian hamster brothers, originally known as the Peanuts Boys. We adopted them from Small Angels Rescue in Frederick, MD. Little Donnie used to be known as "Charlie Brown", but our daughter Brittany renamed him "Little Donnie" after Johnny Depp's character in the movie "Donnie Brasco". Little Donnie always liked to "whack" people. He used to make the hand motiions with his little paws. That's how we always knew which one was him. He was "whacking" up until the end. He was a sweet little Hamster child and his brothers Little Roux and Little Jack are really going to miss him. Of course we will miss him as well. He'll be in Hamster/critter heaven with our other pets that we've loved and lost: Shadow (cat), Muffet (cat), Rhett (cat), Ashley (cat), Little B. (Siberian hamster), Tiny Benny (Siberian hamster), Little Georgie (gerbil) and Xiaoling (Chinese hamster), and Sugar (goldfish).
