Cookie's Got A New Family!
I was rescued along with my sister Sadie from somewhere near Cornwall, Ontario at the age of 5 weeks old. We were taken in by the very kind people at Rosie's Animal Adoption in Montreal. My sister Sadie was adopted by a wonderful family in Toronto and I was adopted by a family in the Montreal area. Unfortunately, my family in Montreal were unable to keep me and once again I was up for adoption.
On April 23rd, 2005, I was adopted by my "forever family" and guess what? They live in the Toronto area too! One very hot day in June, my mom drove me to Sadie's house for a special reunion and boy what a fantastic day that was! We were both so happy to see each other again and we can't wait for our next playdate!
I have settled into my new home very nicely. My new family now includes another doggie sister named Tasha and a cat sister named Cady. We all get along great and I am very happy with my new family! Of course I should mention the humans in my family too. Besides my mom and dad, there are two very special girls who love to play and cuddle with me.....life is good!
