My name is Lucy. When I was very, very little, people weren't very nice to me. A mean person once hurt my head, so now I can't hear very well and sometimes I have trouble understanding things. Also, I didn't get much food, so I'm not very big. My mommy likes to say that I'm like a permanent kitten! One day, I was lying in the street not feeling very good, and some nice people came along and helped me! They put me in a cage near other kitties, and gave me food and soft things. One day my mommy came and took me home with her, and I've been there ever since! I sure love my mommy and daddy. I love my sister Kali and my brother Logan too, but sometimes I feel like they try to keep mommy and daddy all to themselves, so I fix that! Oh yes, I do! I pee all over things, to make sure that everyone knows they're ALL MINE! Once I peed on mommy's leg while she was sleeping. I don't think she liked that very much. But she sure loves me! Yes, she does! She strokes me and pets me and I suck her fingers and we talk allllll the time, oh yes we do, I say "Mommy! Mommy, look, remember, it's me! Lucy!" and Mommy says "Hello, Lucy!" And then snuggles me. I like snuggles. Mmmm. Snuggles.
