Snuffy was a great dog, my best buddy. He was born around Feb 1999. He got out of the yard for the umpteenth time-on Feb 2nd 2005, and fell prey to a speeding car. He came from near Statesville,North Carolina. I was looking for a beagle to replace the one I had just lost due to an accident-his name was Snoopy-He has another story. I miss him too...Snuffy, I found- from a thrifty paper ad I had read while I was driving over the road. I bought him for $35, and his sister we named Nell. She was stolen as a puppy. The seller told me he was a Beagle red heeler mix,but if you ask me -he was all beagle-and he thought so too.He loved to fetch and run and play. I loved that dog. I still do. I will miss him. I would write more but they limit my words to 100, and im sure ive gone over that already. May you rest in peace Snuffy.
