I like to think that I rescued Tasha when I adopted her from the pound in June 1993. But the truth told is Tasha gave me and her people more than we can ever thank her for. She loved us unconditionally, she was our protector, and was always kind, sweet and loyal. Everywhere we took her she attracted attention. She loved meeting new people and animals. Two years ago we moved to the country and Tasha flurished in our big yard. Her best friend was a goat named Polo who has become a 'goat dog' through Tasha's love and friendship. Tasha passed away in her sleep on Aug. 03, 2004. We will miss her greatly. May we learn the lessons that Tasha taught us about love, loyalty, and friendship. She now has wings and the angels are enjoying her company. We will meet again "Big Dog". We love you!
