Hi! My name is Chevy and I'm a yellow lab. I love to play fetch at the park with my Chuck-it and I love when Mom & Dad chase me with the featherduster at home! We play tag all the time (but I'm so fast, they can't catch me! hahaha) I have a whole bunch of "Migrator" bird toys too - I know them all by name. I love playing with my duck, goose, quail, and pellican! I chase Dad around the house with them, quacking all the way! I just moved back home to Halifax, Nova Scotia, so now I get to go to the beach, which is fun. I really missed the water! There aren't many places to go swimming in Saskatchewan ... and it's just sooo COLD! Brrrrr....
I'm still a big eater - I love all kinds of treats! Dad and Grandma Jo buy me those little mini yogurts and I get to have one every day. They're my favourite! I still get the odd jellybean and ju-jube too. Grandpa Stan got me hooked on watermelon in the summer - can't wait until next year when I can have some more!
I like to sleep a lot too - I have a big pillow I sleep on and Dad usually lets me sleep on the couch too - with my blanket of course, so I don't get hair all over the place! There's nothing better than snuggling up on the couch in the winter time, after a long run out at the beach!
