My little baby, remember that right from the beginning, I vowed to care for you, protect you, and NEVER leave you. I don't want to say that I kept my vow, I'd rather say that I will always keep it.
You illuminated my life in ways I discovered along the way, and in ways I'm yet to discover. I very much dreaded the time when you had to go, but we still made it. Now that the time has come, I find myself writing this tribute to you and feeling a wonderful sense of comfort. I know that the pain won't go away for a long while, but I beg you to remember how we greeted each other every morning and every night, and above all, how much we LOVED each other.
