I didn't have Sykura for very long, she was still young and she had belonged to a friend of mine who couldn't keep her anymore. When she came to me she was skittish and afraid of many things. Never the less, I spent a lot of time with her and it wasn't long before she warmed up to me. She was more of a timid rat, but as time went on she opened up and started to act like a rat should. We grew attached to one another and I feel horribly for what happened to her.
Rest in peace, girlie.
