Willing to Foster in Kitchener, Ontario

Hello, I'm a 39 single parent with a 13 year old son. We have 4 cats. But I would really love to Foster a small to medium sized dog. I am on disability and my doctors want me to walk. I walk a mile twice a day and it would be nice to have a little furry friend to spend time with and walk with as my cats don't do well with walks LOL. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment so that is why I would want a small to medium sized dog to foster, who also must be good with cats. Being on disability I would need food and the dogs other supplies provided. I always had dogs growing up and miss having one around. I'm just not able to adopt one at this time, so being able to shower a rescue dog with love and attention is the next best thing. I live in Kitchener, Ontario.
