Scab lost hair
Hi I have a ship tzu Pom and I notice what felt like scabs on his leg and then I of course picked it now there is a bald spot.
I have a pic how do I add? |

It's not unusual for there to be a bald spot under a scab. The hair should grow back in as the skin heals. It does bear watching, though, to see if the bald spot spreads or see if there's an irritation there that will result in another scab. If it seems to be a recurring problem, consulting your vet would be a good idea.

I don't think it's a good idea to being picking that your scabs on your dog. You should let it heal on it own. It could get an infection if the wound it not completely healed.
