i need help regarding aggressive kitten

Hi everybody
Almost three months ago we found a 10-14-day old kitteb...his mother left him and didnt come back...we took him in and fed him kmr and everything was fine
Now he's almost 4.5 months old...he's super healthy, uses the toilet with no problems...
The only thing is...he's tooooo aggressive! I undeestand that he plays rough because he's a kitten...but he also gets mad easily...like if i was holding him, he meows like he is pissed off and sceratches/bites me... he doesnt let us pet him unless when he's asleep or just woke up (when he wakes up..it only takes him a minute to play rough again)
And whenever i try to scruff him when he is acting bad...he goes crazy!! Starts growling and traying to vet away (he'd lay on his back with his ears pointed backward, claws out , teeth showing and eyes wide open)

I wonder if it has anything to do with him being bottle-fed?
We never hit him or mistreat him..and he hasnt been fixed yet
We have no shelters in my town...it was either keeping him or leaving hin to die
He's an indoor kitten..he's also afraid to get outside
I cant afford getting another kitten (playmate)


What should i do?? Me and my brothers we all have scars on our hands and legs!! He draws blood sometimes!
