Cat Houses heated

I have 2 cat shelters which are insulated and heated by 60/100 watt light bulbs. Temperature controlled by adjustable thermostats. They measure approximately 20 inches wide by 28 inches long by 20 inches high.
Since the passing of my last cat, the stray cat is now allowed on my enclosed back deck. He shows up for breakfast at 0500 and then leaves so maybe he is not a stray. Very unsocialized cat.
These cat shelters need to be covered by plywood/tarpaulin. Hopefully they will be of some use for someone taking care of stray cats.
