Cat been peeing on floor, Kidney Disease?

Okay my 13ish year old cat Mittens peed on the floor today.

Anyways, a white spot has been appearing on the floor for the past couple of days.

So I think It's pee.

And I know It's Kidney Disease symptoms.

Now, why am I wasting time here?

I can't afford to go to the vet till next payday!

What should I do to help Mittens until payday???
