Nap time (and shame on me)
I dont usually go home for lunch, I'm close enough, but just not enough time. I had an orthodontics appt this morning so decided to stop at home one the appt was over and check on Izzy. It was apparent that I interrupted her nap as she was slow in meeting me at the door and she was yawning and stretching!
anway, I went potty and was getting ready to leave when she was meowing at me, then jumped on my bed on her pillow and stood there looking at me. So I kept walking to leave and she nipped at my leg, went back to my room and jumped on her pillow again. So I decided to lie there and pet her for "just a few minutes." 90 minutes later, I woke up with a start and she was sound asleep. Guess she just wanted mama to take a nap w/her. Couldn't explain that one to my boss!

Reason for Lateness: My kitty bit me so I decided to take a nap with her. Yep, probably the first time your boss has hear that one! |

That's so cute, cat naps are so relaxing huh?
I hope you didn't get in trouble. The cutest part is she wanted you to have a nap with her haha

OMGosh BEG!!! Thank you for sharing that story!! I bet Izzy loved Mommy having a nap with her. I'm also sure your boss understood.
