K9 Rescue me walk
I am surprised that this has not been mentioned. But there is a walk this coming Sunday, for animal rescue groups across Ontario. You can pick which breed that you want to walk for and pledge for that organization. You should check out the whole site. And if you are unable to walk on sunday, you can still make a donation to the rescue group that you want.
http://k9rescueme.com/ While I think this is a great idea and am happy with it, I just wish that the money every animal, dog, cat, small animal, etc. But all in all I think it is a great cause. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the walk, for I am working. ACO22

Aco22 oh but it has been mentioned! If your interested in meeting some of us pets.ca folks we will be there!~ Myself and Sylvie are at the German Shepherd Rescue Booth and many of the others will be meeting up there! I am not sure if we have narrowed down a time yet but the walk is Sunday!

there are times when I wish I still lived in TO! For all it's big city problems, it seems that it is very dog friendly. Kingston on the other hand is still mucking around trying to figure out how to handle doing dog parks.
If my car wasn't falling apart I'd love to go to Woofstock this year and bring Bayley. I'm even off work Sunday  I went last year, took the train..it was sooo hot that I'm glad I left Bayley at home.

 Winston is the GSRT Rescue participating in the K9 Rescue Me annual calendar? I'm a little far to attend but would like to help in some way possibly by buying one.

I know...they told us his mom was the shepherd and dad was a black lab? He certainly got the lab traits didnt he! (but I think secretly he has a fondness for GSD's) after all he always loves your gals~!
