Toy Poodle Distemper

Hello! My toy poodle is 4 years old. Last year, he wasn't given immunization because my mom got sick and she couldn't drive my dog to the vet and because my dog's strong, we just let that pass. He had many mites so he was borrowed by my aunt so their maids would take care of him. Just recently, he was bought back - he's so thin! :sad: I was told that he was sick for 3days already and doesn't want to eat. He was rushed to the vet and was given a medication that contains "Cephalexin" .. it's the 5th day now and he still hesitate to eat some food. I saw him yesterday and he tried to eat, but then he spit it out. But he still drinks water. What advice can you give? Thanks a lot!!!
