weimaraner: hives on top of her head?

my dog has bumps (hives?) on the top of her head yesturday, now they seem to be on her front and hind legs.
when i was looking at them they were pimple like and gunk came out of it. could they be bites? hives? allergies? has anyone had this problem before ????
they don't seem to be bothering her at all.

I would go see the vet and see what they say.
Never had that.good luck.
