10 year old dog has only had 1 rabies vaccine
Should we vaccinate even though the last time was when he was only a couple months? (10 year old miniature poodle with gingivitis).

If he ever gets out or there's any chance of exposure to wildlife, yes, he should probably be vaccinated. If he was only a couple of months old when he had the first one, he likely doesn't have any immunity left from that initial vaccination.
