Cat Attacking Me

Hello everyone me and my fiance adopted a cat from a shelter back in august. He is a 16 month old cat as of today. Recently he has been taking to attacking MY feet when i am sleeping at night under the covers. I tell me no and put him on floor but he continues to attack. Now he does not do it if i am on the couch, or when i am uncovered. Any suggestions to curve this "playful behavior" my legs cant take much more lol

I've heard cats hate citrus - maybe some citrus spray on the feet might do the trick at keeping the cat away...and keep the feet smellin' fresh.

That sounds like a really good idea. My Muldy does it when she's hungry. She goes in a love/war mood and scratches my side, not my feet and I still haven't tried anything because the solution is to feed her in my case She must be around the same age as yours now.
I've had that "problem" before and in my case it usually goes away after a while but if your kitty is a ferocious feet killer you should try marko's tip. It's harmless for them if sprayed on your feet lol and keeps a fresh scent XD haha

ZombiGamer, congrats on adopting a shelter cat !
Regarding the "blanket game", my cat usually spends her nights in our sunroom without access to sleeping humans. She is quite frisky at night and it is just too much to handle when a person is super tired. She happily sits in the moonlight, has toys, has food, and can be as wild as she likes without consequence....even catching the occasional mouse.

I think the citrus spray on the bottom of your blankets is a good idea, as well as promptly plopping her on the floor when she starts the game.
Maybe a nail trimming and a box of toys on the bedroom floor will help as well.
