Found a dog obedience class....
Well, I have been watching the paper for obedience classes, that aren't spendy, to bring Cano to. And all I was finding was $100 a week and stuff like that. Well I finally found one that was $60 for 10 weeks of training. The catch is...... the classes are 2 hours away! It's crazy here. Everything costs so much, or it far away!!! I just noticed that there is also an ad for training done in the home. The place is called Patient Persuasion. Has anyone heard of it??? They give a web address, so I think I amy check it out. Cano does need some training, and I don't want to spend an arm and a leg for it, nor drive 2 hours one way just to take him.

Well, the main reason why I want to put him into a class is because he jumps, other than that, he behaves wonderfully! The doctors had said that Judith will be able to play sports, but just not hard contact sports. So James and I figured that if Cano were ever to jump up on Judith, it would be the same thing as if she were to get checked in hockey or some other rough sport. I had just emailed that patient persuasion trainer a few minutes ago, so hopefully we can work something out. I read a bit about the guy who does the training. And he sound fairly good. I had explained to him our situation with Judith and how Cano likes to jump. So hopefully he can work with us to give us an affordable price. I'd pay any amount of money to address the problem, just for Judith could grow up with a puppy, if we had the money. Who knows, maybe he will even let us pay installmennts or something.
