3 Bassets need fosters ASAP

If you know anyone who has room.. I'm getting swamped with bassets.. these three are 9-11-mths and 3 years..

I also need a ride for one to Saint John NB .. if you know someone..

Thanks
Helen

Hi Chris,

Yes, I was a bit worn out with the lab/shepard foster, but could take on one more low key sedentary dog. I had a bassett as a child, and remember it fondly
Do they integrate well with other dogs?

We have had Bassets' for the past 30 years...never been without one since our first girl Penny...Our last three came from Basset Rescue and one from the OSPCA....they just walked in, looked around and plopped themselves down as if to say "cool this is my new home"...they are so friendly and laid back. For sure they do get the zoomies here and there especially if they have a buddy who will join in with them. Skip and Reb put up with Jack's agression splendidly, whenever Jack was an idiot, they just walked away and ignored him until he was ready to call a truce....now they all play together
