I went through a similar thing a couple years ago, and went to all the retailers within a reasonable distance. There was one store in particular where stock didn't move too well and I was fortunate to find a small amount of what I needed there. The trouble is even if you are able to find some of your cat's food, you will eventually run out. I really sympathize with what you are going though!
