Monteregie is, I believe, our only no-kill shelter as far as Spca's go. The other spca's euthanize....people knowing that might go the extra mile to bring their dogs there.....don't know.......I only check the sites now for people here who are looking cause otherwise I'd be there taking in everything!!!!
